Mint Lemon Drink
Ingredients
Serves: 2
40g fresh mint leaves
250ml cold water
50ml hot water
6 lemons, juiced
120g sugar
4 mint leaves, for garnish
Preparation method
Prep: 15 minutes | Cook: 1 hour
1. Stir the sugar into the hot water. Place mint leaves, water, lemons and hot water/sugar in a blender. Blend until mint leaves are evenly chopped.
2. Cool the mixture in the refrigerator for an hour.
3. Serve in cold glasses (refrigerate them for 15 mins) with mint.
