Ingredients :
- 450 gm beef fillet, fat removed
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp Thai green curry paste
- 2 red peppers, cut into strips
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp demerara sugar
- chopped coriander
- Cut the beef fillet into thin slices. Heat oil in a wok, and add the green curry paste and cook for 30 seconds
- Add the beef slices and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. Add pepper and further stir-fry for a few more minutes
- Add lemon juice, Thai fish sauce and sugar.
- Continue cooking till beef is tender.
- Serve with boiled rice, garnished with coriander
